Sarah Marshall is an Audience Development Editor, for the EMEA region at The Wall Street Journal. She is also a visiting lecturer on Interactive Journalism MA at City University, London. Before joining the WSJ in December 2013, Sarah was a technology editor at Journalism.co.uk. She reported on innovations in the digital news industry and co-organised the news:rewired conference. Sarah is a director of Hacks/Hackers London. Hacks/Hackers is a global movement of journalists and technologists who get together with the aim of “rethinking the future of news and information”. Sarah has also worked as a print journalist and as a radio reporter, newsreader and producer. She speaks Spanish and (intermediate) Arabic. She has a BSc degree in Anthropology from University College London and a Postgraduate Diploma in Broadcast Journalism from City University, London.
