AJ Coyne has been Head of Mars Australia at BBDO since June 2017, and has led the business across all three of its segments; Petcare, Confectionary and Food. During this time, he has helped turn the business around, delivering world class work that has been recognized at major global creative and effectiveness award ceremonies. AJ was instrumental in the creation of the Lion’s Share fund and its success since launch acting as UNDP ambassador. Prior to joining BBDO, AJ led the Xbox EMEA business and Pandora account globally at McCann and his work there helped in McCann becoming the most awarded agency at Cannes Lions . He started his career as an Ogilvy Fellow and his experience spans through FMCG, CPG, Music, Entertainment, Technology, Gaming and Fashion. AJ is a huge believer in purpose, hence his ongoing role with the Lion’s Share and his commitment to the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
